    • – 12x 1:1 sessions included for tier 2 clients and 24x for tier 3 clients in order to complete step 3 (trauma processing). This part can currently only be undertaken in a 1:1 setting due to safety. There will be an opportunity to buy individual sessions at a reduced price later, but it won’t be as low cost as tier 2 or 3.
    • – Inclusive space. I’m nonbinary, pan/demisexual, AuDHD, Asian and white, and pro SW, body and s-x positive, and supportive generally of people’s different ways of life. Meetings will have the option of closed captions for those who need it.

      You:

       

        • – Have shared your story aloud with someone else before; you deserve for your story to have been witnessed by someone (a professional or personal relationship) before jumping straight to the solutions in this program. 
        • – Are ready for solutions and to move forward.
        • – Are able to commit to a twelve month process comfortably – this is a twelve month commitment. You’ll get the best results when your basic needs are met so do your best to make sure this is within your budget. 
        • – Live in a safe enough environment that you can undertake this work; the origin of your cPTSD must be largely in your past i.e. no longer living with the people in question or no longer attending the institute in question. We can’t get rid of trauma responses whilst we still need them – they’re important!
        • – Aren’t currently suffering from complex comorbidities such as Dissociative Identity Disorder, personality disorders that affect your ability to take responsibility and reflect, or severe memory-limiting disorders that affect your ability to think/work long-term such as dementia. If you have complex needs, but think you could take part given the right support, or just want to check, send me a message or set up a call.
        • – Are able to attend sessions sober. Don’t worry, this doesn’t include prescription medications that you’re used to operating with. If in doubt, just ask!
        • – Are committed to learning to communicate with boundaries, consent, and within our rules of engagement.

      FAQs

      When will the group sessions take place?

      Every Wednesday, 7pm UK/2pm EST online via zoom. There will be the occasional week or two off for holidays etc. Sessions will be 60-90 minutes, the first half for training/practice, the second half for live coaching and your questions. There will be opportunities for live Q&A during sessions, too.

      What if I can’t attend sessions live?

      Trainings will be recorded, so you can catch up with them almost immediately afterwards. There’ll be support outside of trainings for your questions.

      How much will 1:1 sessions be if I choose tier 1 now, but want to buy 1:1 sessions later?

      Currently 1:1 sessions are priced at £345 per hour. I will make an offer for you to buy them in blocks later in the program, but tier 2 or 3 will be the most cost-effective way to do it.

      How big will the group be?

      In order to make this program financially viable, we will be offering spaces to around 30 people, but the fact that we’re offering this in mainly a group format means we’ve got more time to offer you support, which was one of the reasons we’re doing it this way!

      What is the schedule for the whole year?

      We will break the year up into seasons according to the 4 steps of healing. Each season we’ll be running 8-10 weeks, and then a one/two week break before we start the next season, to rest, reflect, and catch up with any work not yet completed.

      During each season we’ll address the relevant step of the process along with the bonus content for that season. A detailed calendar will become available soon. We will start February 7th 2024. You can join at any point in the year and start immediately with the sessions already recorded.

      When will I get access to the 1:1 sessions?

      If you choose tier 2, you’ll have 12x 1:1 hour-long sessions included in your plan. One session will become available with each month of your subscription, or instantly if you pay in full. Whilst you can use them as they become available, as you wish, we would encourage you to save them until you’re in the summer season (step 3), so you can make the most of them.

      What about privacy?

      You will have full control over what information of yours is shared. You can join the community using a pseudonym if you wish, and you can attend zoom with your camera off and also use a pseudonym. You can post anonymously in the facebook group, as well. There will be an option to be coached in sessions during or after recording. Recordings will never be shared with anyone outside of the group or outside of this company.

      Do I have to stay for the 12 months?

      This is not a quick fix, so this is a 12-month commitment You can stay after your first year at a lower cost on a rolling basis if you wish.       To say that my coaching/therapy with Harris has been different is an understatement. They have given me tools that have empowered me to face difficult conversations and circumstances head on.       The difference in me between our first session three months ago and today's last session is enormous. Looking back I feel like I have bumbled through life, finding happiness where I can while trying to make sense of my past. I'd had traditional therapy 4 years ago lasting many months and although it had helped me better understand my past, I felt ill equipped to live in the present.

      Difficult memories have been processed in a way that is empowering and I have learnt to trust my own judgement which is a world away from the self criticism I bombarded myself with before.
